This elegant stew features tender white fish, clams, and scallops in a light creamy aromatic broth. French to the core, the seafood flavors are carefully balanced by the other ingredients - such as tomatoes, shallots, anise, and parsley. Topped with a generous amount of white wine, the result is a meal fit for a king (French of course). Four 8 oz. portions.

Remove from packaging and place in an oven safe dish.
Conventional Oven: 11-13 minutes at 375°F.
Convection Oven: 11-13 minutes at 350°F.
Microwave: 2-3 minutes on HIGH, stirring occasionally. (1100 watts)
