Preparation
Cream Of Crab Soup:
Thaw product under refrigeration for 12-24 hours prior to cooking.
Stove top: Use a double boiler or saucepan. Heat soup until product reaches 140°F. Be careful not to break up the Jumbo Lump Crab Meat.
Microwave: Use microwave safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH, stirring at 1 minute intervals until product is heated through and reaches 140°F

Crab Cakes:
Baking (Preferred Method): Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for the last 2-4 minutes of baking.
Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration. Cook covered in a frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 6-8 minutes per side. Crab cakes may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time.

Crab & Cheese Puffs:
Cook from frozen. Place puffs on a cookie sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until puffy and slightly golden brown.

Lobster Tails:
Thaw completely under refrigeration. Place lobster tail in a pot with approximately 2 inches of water. Steam for 5-6 minutes.

Miniature Apple Pie:
Cook from frozen. Leave bag around the apple pie. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place pie on a cookie sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes.
