This Southern-style casserole is full of Gulf shrimp and crab blended with mushrooms and Cheddar and Swiss cheese for a rich, satisfying meal. Serve it alongside a beef filet, or as a hearty dip during a cold winter Sunday. Fancy enough for company, but we think you'll want to keep it for yourself. One 2 lb. pan, serves 4.

Preparation
Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove tray from plastic bag, cover with foil and place on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, remove foil and heat another 10 minutes before serving.
