Shipping & Delivery

Standard Delivery: All orders are shipped via FedEx to arrive within 7 business days. Your cost per address is determined by the total cost of your ordered items excluding sales tax (if applicable).

Guaranteed 2-day Delivery: Add $4.95 per address to our standard shipping charges. Orders received before 10 AM E.S.T. will arrive by 8PM on the second day (Monday through Wednesday only). ). If your order is placed after 10 a.m. Wednesday, it will not ship until Monday. To expedite shipping on orders placed on Wednesdays and Thursdays before 10 a.m., please select the rush delivery option.

Rush Delivery: Add $19.95 per address to our standard shipping charges. Orders received before 10 AM E.S.T. will arrive by 8 p.m. the following day (Monday through Thursday). If your order is placed Thursday after 10a.m., it will ship on Monday. To expedite your order, please select Saturday delivery.

Hawaii and Saturday Delivery: Add $24.95 per address to our standard shipping charges. Orders for Saturday delivery must be placed before Friday at 10am EST. Please note that Saturday delivery is not available to all locations.

Delivery Outside the 49 States: Mackenzie Salmon is available for delivery to the United Kingdom only. Shipping is $30.00 per address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or FPOs.

NOTE: Products ordered together may be shipped separately. Please advise when ordering if it is important that all items ship together.

Our site automatically recognizes only the home server of visitors, not the personally identifiable e-mail address.

You credit card number and expiration is used to process your current transaction.

For your security and ours, we do not store credit card information on our online server.

Return Policy


In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call Customer Service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If your order arrives damaged, we will arrange for it to be picked up for inspection. Please do not dispose of any item, even perishable ones, until you have spoken with Customer Service.

Due to the nature of the product we sell, unfortunately we cannot accept returns of food products.


Cancellations

Orders placed for future shipment can be cancelled by contacting customer service within five business days prior to the requested ship date of the order (during the month of December, we require seven days notice). Cancellations can be accepted by contacting customer service at 1-877-867-6851.


Delivery Release

We cannot accept responsibility for orders with incomplete or invalid addresses, or sent to recipients who are not available to accept the package in a timely manner.

Pricing

Prices in this catalog (excluding caviar) are guaranteed through the end of the year. Caviar prices: Due to the extreme volatility of the Caspian Sea caviar market, we reserve the right to increase caviar prices based on market conditions. Be assured that we will do everything in our power to maintain the current pricing level. Our goal is a high-quality, dependable supply for our customers at the most reasonable price possible.

Payment Information

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We also take money orders and checks. We do not accept cash, and we do not ship C.O.D. Please allow two weeks clearance for all orders paid by check or money order.
