Made from an old family recipe, this is the crumb cake of all crumb cakes. A moist walnut base holds a sweet layer of raspberry preserves, all topped with a buttery crumb. Sweet and luscious, yet light, it makes an ideal cake to serve with coffee or tea, for dessert, or for an extra-special breakfast treat. Just don't expect it to stick around for very long. 9X13" tray, serves 10-12.
