Lobster Bisque: Thaw completely, then heat in microwave or on stove top until the soup reaches 165 degrees for 30 seconds. Crab Cakes: Pan Sautee - Thaw completely under refrigeration. Cook at medium temperature in a skillet for 6-8 minutes per side with lid on. Cakes may cook fro the frozen state, but at a lower temperature and for a longer period of time Crab Cakes: Bake - Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush with either melted butter or mayonnaise and bake for 20-25 minutes Mac and Cheese: Baking - Remove plastic lid and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake from frozen for 50 minutes or until sauce is bubbling throughout pan and the top is browned in places. Halfway through cooking, stir gently to ensure cooking evenly. If the top is browning too quickly, cover with foil until finished cooking. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Mac and Cheese: Microwave - Remove lid. Microwave at med-high power for 6 minutes. Stir gently. Microwave for 3-4 minutes at high power. Let stand for 3-5 minutes before serving. Chocolate Souffles: Bake - Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove all plastic wrap and wipe edge of ramekin to remove any mix. Place on baking sheet. If frozen, bake approximately 22-24 minutes. If thawed - bake 18-20 minutes. Heating times may vary depending on oven. Carefully remove from oven.
