Maple-Bourbon Beef Ribs

Preparation
Thaw Completely before use. When thawing, please do so under refrigeration.

Outdoor Grilling: Preheat grill to medium heat. Save remaining sauce left in pouch for basting if desired. Place the beef ribs on the grill and close lid. Flip ribs every 3-4 minutes, until product is heated thoroughly. Total cooking time should be 16-20 minutes. Remove from grill and wrap with aluminum foil. Allow to rest for 2 minutes.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place in an oven safe dish bone side down. Pour remaining sauce over ribs and bake in the center of the oven for 22-26 minutes. Allow to rest for 2 minutes.

Microwave Oven: Cut rack in half. Place one or two racks on a microwave safe dish and pour remaining sauce over ribs. Place a damp paper towel over the ribs. Microwave on full power for 7 minutes for 1/2 rack or 10-11 minutes for 2 half racks. Allow ribs to rest in microwave for 2 minutes.
