Preheat convention oven to 375 degrees. Place covered product in oven, cook for 50 minutes. Remove form oven, carefully remove lid and slide into desired portions. Return to 375 degree oven for 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature before serving. If cooking from thawed state, follow above instructions, reducing cooking time to 1 hour. Slice into desired portions after 30 minutes. Since oven temperatures may vary, cooking times may require adjusting.
