Preparation
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Open pouch with short ribs and place in small baking pan. Cook in oven for 22-25 minutes. While ribs are in oven, bring a medium sized pot of water to boil and remove from heat. Place sauce pouches in water and cover. When short ribs are heated through, remove from oven and place on plate. Cut corner of pouch and empty contents on top of short ribs ensuring that the meat is covered with sauce.
