Ingredients
Filling: Monterey jack cheese, tomatoes, lump crabmeat, onions, jalpeno, herbs, spices. Dough-flour tortilla: unbleached wheat flour, soybean oil, salt.
Cooking Instructions
Remove quesadilla from tray. Over medium heat with just enough oil to cover the bottom of the saute pan; saute approximately 4-6 minutes on each side till golden brown. Or bake at 400F brushed with oil on a non stick pan and bake 10 minutes, flip over and cook an additional 8-10 minutes till golden brown. KEEP FROZEN
