Cocktail beef frankfurters- beef, water, salt, sodium lactate, dextrose, spices, paprika, sodium diacetate, hydrolyzeds soy protein, garlic powder, sodium erythorbate, extractive of paprika, spice extractives and sodium nitrate. Sauerkraut- cabbage, water, salt, mustard.Dough- enriched flour bleached, water, sugar, baking powder.Cheeseburgers-kobe beef, spanish onions, kosher salt, black pepper, parsley, caramelized onions, american cheese.Roll- wheat flour, water, butter, sugar, yeast, whole milk powder, salt.
Cooking Instructions
Cocktail beef frankfurters: Best if cooked from a frozen state. Remove from plastic trays. Place on baking pan about 1/2" apart. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake at 375° in a hot oven for 10-16 minutes. Do not microwave. Cheeseburgers: Best if cooked from a thawed state. Preheat oven to 325°F . Remove from plastic trays and place on baking pans 1/2" apart. Cover pan with aluminum foil to keep bun tops from crisping, can also add moisture to the bun pan with a small pot of water in the oven during cooking. Rotate pan if necessary. Do not microwave.
