Cooking Instructions

Thaw under refrigeration for approximately 1 hour before cooking.

Best Method:

PAN FRY: Spray or coat bottom of pan with oil. Fry Lobster Cakes at medium-low (325 degrees) temperature, covering pan with lid, for 7 - 8 minutes per side. Cakes should be golden brown.

Alternate Method:
BAKE: Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Cakes should be hot and bubbly. (Cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees, for at least 30 seconds.)
