A new twist on an old favorite, these perfectly crisp spring rolls are stuffed with fresh vegtables and generous lumps of sweet lobster meat. Dip them in your favorite sauce or gobble them up just as they are! Includes 18 Mini Spring Rolls and chili sauce for dipping.
Ingredients
Fillo Dough: Unbleached enriched wheat flour, water, corn starch, soybean oil, salt.Filling: Fresh napa cabbage, lobster knuckle and claw, fresh green oinions, water chestnuts, fresh garlic, dried mushrooms, fresh ginger, canola oil, soy sauce, red tahai curry paste, sesame oil. Dipping Sauce: Apricot preserves, orange juice, prepared mustard, brown sugar, soy sauce, fresh ginger, red pepper flakes.
Cooking Instructions
Keep frozen until ready to bake. Preheat oven to 400° F. Remove hors d'oeuvres from packaging and place 1/2" apart on a lightly greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake on upper shelf of oven about 8-10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Check oven during the last 5 minutes of baking. Do not over bake.
