Cooking Instructions
OVEN: Preheat oven to 375°. Open pouch and place chicken seared side up in a baking dish. If cooking from frozen, cover dish with aluminum foil. Bake 29-31 minutes from frozen or 19-21 minutes from thawed. MICROWAVE: Peel open pouch and pour chicken and sauce into a microwave safe container. Microwave on high 8-9 minutes from frozen or 4-5 minutes from thawed.
