This is an idea a long time in coming. We stuff fresh chicken breasts with two of our baby crab cakes. Pre-seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil and a special blend of herbs and spices, this is a simple dish with a hint of elegance and a ton of flavor. Simply heat and serve. Six 8 oz. chicken breasts.
Ingredients
Boneless chicken breast, jumbo lump crabmeat, pasteurized eggs, cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, worcestershire sauce, margarine, parsley, baking powder, mustard, spices. Breast is coated with extra virgin olive oil and spices.
Cooking Instructions
We recommend that you cook the chicken from frozen for safety and convenience. Preheat oven to 325-350 degrees. Remove chicken from packaging. Place on baking sheet. Cook approximately 40 minutes until an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
