Think of it as happily ever after between France and New England. Decadent lobster meat is mixed with a light imperial sauce, and wrapped snuggly in a buttery crepe. You can serve these jewels with a dollop of creme fraiche, or a simple side salad for the perfect brunch. Eight 2 1/2 oz. crepes.
Cooking Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator for 1 hour. Put in a casserole and ladle the sauce over the crepes and cook until golden brown.Preheat oven to 375 and bake for appx 15-18 minutes.
