Quite possibly the perfect hors d'oeuvre, these bite-sized bundles of jumbo lump crabmeat are a feast for the eyes as well as the appetite. Our reusable tin includes 25 of our Baby Cakes, the same recipe as our Perfect Crab Cakes, these scrumptious snacks boast fresh crabmeat, herbs, spices and not much else. Just they way they're meant to be.
Ingredients
Crab Cakes: Jumbo lump crab meat, backfin crab meat, no salt soda cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, margarine, no salt worcestershire sauce, water, mustard, seasonings, baking powder.
Cooking Instructions
Best Method:
Thaw completely under refrigeration then cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 2-4 minutes per side.
Baking:
From frozen-Bake from frozen in a preheated oven of 375 degrees for approximately 12-15 minutes, brush with either melted butter or mayonnaise.
