A truly over-the-top (and oversized!) finger food, this stunning appetizer features colossal shrimp, stuffed with tangy blue cheese and wrapped with bacon. Eighteen shrimp.
Ingredients
Shrimp, maple cured bacon, gorgonzola crumbs.
Cooking Instructions
For a convection oven - Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place product on a greased baking tray. Bake approximately 20-25 minutes, or until bacon is crisped (put under broiler for crispy bacon). An internal temperature of 158 degrees must be reached. For a regular dry heat oven, increase the baking time by 25%. Please note that this product is not designed to be reheated in the microwave oven. All ovens are differently calibrated, therefore baking time may vary.
