Cooking Instructions
Lobster Tails: Drop lobster tails into a large kettle of boiling water with one tsp. salt per quart of water. When water reboils, lower the heat and begin timing. Boil for 8-9 minutes until tails reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees fahrenheit for at least 30 seconds.
