These cold water lobster tails are full of lush, tender meat with a sweet flavor and hearty richness. Shipped in the shell frozen and uncooked, they are simple to prepare and can be used on their own or in pasta dishes and salads. Two 8-10 oz. tails.
Cooking Instructions
Lobster tails should be thawed completely (approximately 24 hours in refrigerator before re-heating. To steam, place in a pot with 2 inches of water and steam for 5-10 minutes. To broil, remove the soft undercover of the tails with scissors. Slightly crack the upper shell so that the tails will lie flat. Arrange on broiler or grill shell down. generously brush lobster meat with garlic butter. For 8-10 ounce lobster tails, cook 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through.
