Lobster bisque treat. Rich, hearty and oh-so-satisfying, these cream soups make the perfect first course or lunchtime treat. Our Lobster Bisque features sweet Maine lobster meat, accented with a hint of spice. A Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes & More exclusive, our Chessie Chowder offers a tantalizing blend of New England clam chowder, baby clams and our signature seafood seasonings. Both soups are flash frozen and packaged in individual pints. Five-pint minimum order unless ordering other items from this catalog.
Ingredients
Light Cream, lobster, onion, sherry, tomato puree, butter, arrowroot, sea salt, spices.
Cooking Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator for 1 hour. Slide out of container into pot. Heat to boil, then simmer until a nice bisque consistence.
