A classic New England comfort dish. Each pot pie is loaded with sweet Maine lobster meat, laced with a sherry cream sauce and crowned with a buttery puff pastry that bakes up to a brilliant golden hue. Packed in reusable ceramic ramekins for easy entertaining. Four 31/2 inch pies.
Ingredients
Lobster, puff pastry, cream, milk, water, butter, tomato paste, salt, sherry, modified food starch, sugar, spices, natural flavor, autolyzed yeast extract, cod liver oil, whey, corn syrup solids, onion powder.
Cooking Instructions
Thaw in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake on sheet pan for 15 minutes or until pastry has begun to puff. Reduce heat to 350 and continue baking for another 10 minutes until pastry is golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.
