From the streets of Baltimore's Little Italy, the aroma of fresh pasta and tomato sauce wafts through the air. We've hand-selected our lobster ravioli from a local pasta maker where the pasta is made daily from scratch and the lobster meat is selected to meet our standards. Includes 24 ravioli and a container of Vodka Sauce.
Ingredients
LOBSTER MEAT, RICOTTA CHEESE, DURUM FLOUR, SEMOLINA FLOUR, EGGS, WATER, ONIONS, GARLIC, CRAB SEASONONG, SALT, BLACK PEPPER, PARSLEY.
Cooking Instructions
Place ravioli into 4 quarts of briskly boiling water. Gently stir, allow to cook for 12 minutes then drain. Top with sauce. 3-6 ravioli per serving.
