A tribute to Maine, the lobster roll is a New England staple. Succulent lumps of lobster meat are mixed lightly with a delicate mayonnaise and nestled into a traditional fresh split roll. What's more, this delicacy is shipped fresh so they are ready upon arrival. Lobster rolls cannot be frozen and should be eaten within three to four days of receipt - which shouldn't be hard! Lobster meat, mayonnaise, spices.
Cooking Instructions
Gently separate rolls. Butter each side of the rolls and lightly grill in a saute pan until golden brown. Stuff each roll with approximately 3oz of lobster salad.
