The biscuits derive their name from the way in which they’re prepared; the dough is literally beaten until tender, then formed into ball-shaped biscuits and baked. Serve these two regional favorites side by side or combine for mini-sandwiches as shown. Ham arrives fully cooked and sliced thin.
Cooking Instructions
Microwave: Take biscuits out of bag. Wrap in paper towel. Heat in microwave for approximately 10 - 15 seconds. If still not warm, heat an additional 10 seconds. Time will vary on ovens. Conventional or toaster oven: Take biscuit out of bag. Split open. Heat 1-2 minutes at 300 degrees until biscuits are warm.
