TO AVOID GETTING ANY PRODUCT ON YOUR MICROWAVE, PLACE A PAPERTOWEL ON TOP OF CONTAINER, COVERING, BUT NOT TOUCHING THE FOOD. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 5 MINUTES FROM FROZEN.CAREFULLY REMOVE THE CONTAINER FROM THE MICROWAVE AND STIR. MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR AN ADDITIONAL 3 MINUTES OR UNTIL HEATED THROUGH.
