A taste of Italy with a twist. These pillows of tender, spinach-infused pasta are bursting with gorgonzola cheese, herbs, and a hint of freshly caught salmon. Their smooth and mild flavor pair perfectly with a rich alfredo or bechamel drizzle. Sauce recipes are included on our web site. 36 Ravioli.
Ingredients
Pasta, extra fancy duram flour, water, corn oil & spinach filling, smoked salmon, gorgonzola (milk, salt, cheese cultures), ricotta (milk starter & salt), romano cheese(pasteurized sheep's cheese cultures and salt), parmesan (cows milk, cultures & salt) & spices.
Cooking Instructions
Place frozen ravioli in salted boiling water. Stir gently with a wooden spoon until ravioli rise to the surface. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Strain gently. Serve with or without sauce. See our recipes section for a great Alfredo Sauce recipe!
