Ingredients
Farmed salmon, spinach, goat cheese, ricotta cheese, feta cheese, roasted red pepper, french bread crumbs, spices.
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Remove roast from bag and carefully cut off twine. Place in roasting pan or casserole dish and brush lightly with melted butter or vegetable oil and lemon juice. Cover roast loosely with foil and cook for 40 minutes. Carefully remove foil and cook an additional 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165. Let stand 2 minutes before carving.
