6-6oz sole topped with a colossal shrimp and lobster butter. This is the perfect entree for the Lenten season, just thaw and bake. We have done all the work. You take the credit.
Ingredients
Yellow fin sole, shrimp (salt, Tripolyphosphate), Lobster Butter (Crean [Milk], cooked lobster, salt, dextrose, corn oil, hydrolyzed soy protien, flavorings, extractives of paprika, disodium inosinate, and sodium guanylate, chives), Lemon seasoning (salt, black pepper, citric acid, onion, garlic spices, herbs, sugar, maltodextrin, calcium stearate and silicon dioxide [added to make free flowing], lemon juice solids, natural flavors, extractives of dill, and extractives of tumeric)
Cooking Instructions
Bake from frozen: Preheat oven to 325 degrees and bake for approximately 25 minutes. Grill: Place on foil and cook at medium heat for approximately 25 minutes with lid down*Cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees for at least 30 seconds. DO NOT Pan sear or microwave.
