This luscious center-cut pork loin is bursting with plump kernels of sweet corn, cranberries, onions, garlic, garden fresh veggies, and spices creating a complex, yet comforting flavor. The stuffing is made from ingredients picked at the peak of freshness. Simply place in a hot oven, and in under two ours, you'll have a veritable feast. 2 1/2 lbs.
Ingredients
Boneless pork loin, bread croutons, water, cranberries, carrots, celery, onions, corn, yams, kielbasa, garlic, salt, seasonings and spices.
Cooking Instructions
The pork loin should be kept frozen and cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place in uncovered shallow pan. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper, leave the netting on. Cook approximately 2 hours until pop-up timer releases. Turn at least once midway through the cooking process. Check with a meat thermometer if available, it should register 150 degrees when inserted into the thickest part of the loin. Allow to rest for 20 minutes after cooking. Carefully remove the netting with a pair of scissors. Resting allows the pork fibers to relax and redistribute juices evenly into the meat.
