TO THAW TILAPIA OR MANGO SALSA PLACE IN REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT.COLD SERVING INSTUCTIONS-PEEL OPEN TILAPIA POUCHES AND PLACE THE THAWED TILAPIA ON YOUR SERVING PLATE. CUT OPEN THAWED MANGO SALSA POUCH AND POUR OVER THE TILAPIA.CONVENTIONAl oven-PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES. PLACE THE POUCHES OF FROZEN MANGO SALSO IN A COLD WATER BATH FOR 1 HOUR.LIGHTLY GREASE A BAKING PAN AND PEEL OPEN TILAPIA POUCHES. PLACE TILAPIA ON BAKING SHEET WITH HERBED AND SEARED SIDE UP. PLACE BAKING SHHET IN THE OVEN AND BAKE FOR 10-12 MINUTES FROM FROZEN OR 6-8 MINUTES FROM THAWED. POUR MANGO SALSA OVER TILAPIA.
