Corn is the perfect pairing for seafood entrees and our sweet corn saute combines the fresh flavor of sweet corn with a little heat provided by chipolte butter that will send your senses soaring. With just a kick of spice, this side dish will warm the hearts of your guests and loved ones. Includes 24 oz. of corn and 4 oz. chipolte butter.
Ingredients
Yellow and white corn, european style butter, red onion, garlic, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, chipoltle puree.
Cooking Instructions
Pour corn into collander and rinse gently. Allow to to drain and thaw. In a heavy frying pan over medium heat, melt about one-half of the compound butter. When melted and beginning to bubble, and teh corn and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, about 5-10. Add additional butter according tp your taste.
