Crab Cakes: Jumbo lump crab meat, backfin crab meat, no salt soda cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, margarine, no salt worcestershire sauce, water, mustard, seasonings, baking powder.
Cooking Instructions
Best Method:Thaw completely under refrigeration then cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 6-8 minutes per side. Baking: From frozen-Bake in a preheated oven of 375 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes, brush with either melted butter or mayonnaise.
