This dreamy tart is simply divine. Sweet apples and tart cranberries are piled onto rich vanilla custard and cream cheese. The twist here is the buttermilk batter crust, light and airy but with a chewy bite. Is it dessert or breakfast? Why not both? Either way, you'll love it. Two 14" tarts, each serves 8.

Ingredients:Apple, cranberry, cream cheese, sugar. Batter ingredients: Flour, buttermilk, suger, butter, baking powder, eggs, salt, baking soda, vanilla extract.
Cooking Instructions
Cooking Directions:Best if cooked from thawed. Remove from plastic tray and place buttermilk cake onto a bakling sheet into a preheated 325° F. Approximate heating time when thawed is 325°F for 8-12 minutes. Do not microwave.
