Made from an old family recipe, this is the crumb cake of all crumb cakes. A moist walnut base holds a sweet layer of raspberry preserves, all topped with a buttery crumb. Sweet and luscious, yet light, it makes an ideal cake to serve with coffee or tea, for dessert, or for an extra-special breakfast treat. Just don't expect it to stick around for very long. 9X13" tray, serves 10-12.

INGREDIENTS: Enriched bleached flour, water, sugar, whole fresh eggs, salt, margarine, vegetable shortening, dextrose, modified food starch, nonfat dry milk, dry albumin, leavening, walnuts, raspberry preserves, cinnamon, xanthan gum, propylene glycol and mono and diesters, mono and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl lactylate, sodium propionate, sodium lauryl sulfate.
