Lobster bisque treat. Rich, hearty and oh-so-satisfying, these cream soups make the perfect first course or lunchtime treat. Our Lobster Bisque features sweet Maine lobster meat, accented with a hint of spice. A Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes & More exclusive, our Chessie Chowder offers a tantalizing blend of New England clam chowder, baby clams and our signature seafood seasonings. Both soups are flash frozen and packaged in individual quart sized bags.

Ingredients

Whole Milk, Cream, Lobster (lobster, water, salt, sodium tripolyphosphate) Corn Starch (corn starch, wheat flour) Cream Sherry (cream sherry, potassium metabisulfite [to preserve freshness]), Onions, Celery, Lobster Bisque Seasoning (dehydrated onion and garlic, chicken flavor [natural flavor, maltodextrin, yeast extract, salt, chicken broth, wheat starch, chicken fat, chicken meat], salt, paprika, spices, and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking), Lobster base (cooked lobster including natural lobster stock, salt, autolyzed yeast extract [from cod], maltodextrin [from corn], sugar, tomato paste, corn oil, butter [cream, flavorings], hydrolyzed soy and corn protein, onion powder, natural flavorings, disodium inosinate/disodium guanylate, modified potato starch, extractives of paprika and garlic granules), lemon juice, butter (cream, salt), vegetable base (cooked carrots, celery and onions), salt, sugar, maltodextrin [from corn] corn oil, yeast extract, flavorings and modified potato starch).

Cooking Instructions

Thaw in refrigerator for 1 hour. Slide out of container into pot. Heat to boil, then simmer until a nice bisque consistency.
