Preparation
Thoroughly preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove pastry kisses from the plastic bag. Place the oven-safe, disposable baking tray on a cookie sheet on the middle rack of the oven for 25-30 minutes, (rotate pan after 15 minutes to ensure even browning). Remove pastry kisses when they are golden brown on top.

Puff pastry (Enriched wheat flour [barley, niacin, thiamine, mono-nitrate, riboflavin] water, butter, salt, beta carotene as a color), cream cheese, Gorgonzola, cranberry.
