Meet the mini or "baby" crab cake that puts all others to shame. A bite-sized version of our Chesapeake Bay Perfect Crab Cakes™, but just as tasty, our Baby Crab Cakes make the perfect appetizer or snack. We use only the finest hand picked crab meat in all our signature crab cakes. Loaded with crab, we add just the right amount of our signature binders and seasonings, using a recipe that has been perfected over many years. Simply bake and serve. Each baby crab cake is 1 oz.

Preparation
Baking: (preferred method) Preheat oven to 375°F Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of no-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for last 2 minutes of baking.

Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration then cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 4-6 minutes per side. Crab cakes may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time.
