You get 13 treats in one package: four each of Lobster Cakes, Crab and Shrimp Cakes, and five Chesapeake Bay "Perfect" Crab Cakes. All our seafood cakes are handmade using fresh seafood, unique spice blends, and just enough of the other stuff to hold them together, this is a package fit for a king. But you don't have to be royalty to enjoy it. 13 cakes total. Each order includes five of our Chesapeake Bay Perfect Crab Cakes (4 oz.) , four Lobster Cakes (3 oz.), and four of our Crab and Shrimp Cakes (3.5 oz.). Add a good wine, friends, and enjoy!

Crab Cakes: (preferred method): Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for last 2-4 minutes of baking.
Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration then cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 6-8 minutes per side. Crab cakes may be cooked from a frozen state using a lower temperature and cooking for a longer period of time.

Lobster Cakes: Cook from frozen only. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake for 18-20 minutes. For added richness, brush with melted butter immediately after removing from oven.

Shrimp & Crab Cakes: Preheat oven to 375°F, bake 18-20 minutes from frozen or 12-16 minutes if thawed.
