Preparation
Best Method: Thaw completely under refrigeration then cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 2-4 minutes per side. Baking: From frozen - Bake from frozen in a preheated oven of 375 degrees for approximately 12-15 minutes, brush with either melted butter or mayonnaise.
Ingredients

Crab Cakes: Jumbo lump crab meat, back fin crab meat, no salt soda cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, margarine, no salt Worcestershire sauce, water, mustard, seasonings, baking powder.
