Preparation
Mini Crab Cakes: Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes from thawed state or 10-15 minutes from frozen. To Pan Saute: Product must be thawed completely under refrigeration and fried at medium temperature, 2 minutes each side. Crab Puffs: From Frozen, place on a cookie sheet and broil for 2-3 minutes until puffy and slightly golden brown. Lobster Swirls: From Frozen - preheat oven to 375 degrees and place swirls on a greased cookie sheet 1/2" apart. Bake for 8-12 minutes until golden brown.
