Preparation
Perfect Crab Cakes:
Baking:(preferred method) - Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of crab cakes with a thin layer of mayonnaise, or a little bit of melted butter. Spray a cookie sheet with a thin layer of non-stick cooking spray. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly on top. For an extra crispy crab cake, turn on broiler for last 2-4 minutes of baking.
Pan Fry: Thaw completely under refrigeration then cook covered in frying pan at medium temperature for approximately 6-8 minutes per side.

Shrimp Imperial:
Thaw in refrigerator for 1 hour. Brush Imperial with a little melted butter, then bake in a preheated oven at 450°F, for approximately 20 minutes, or until hot, bubbly and golden brown on top.

Crab Imperial:
Thaw in refrigerator for 1 hour. Brush Imperial with a little melted butter, then bake in a preheated oven at 450°F, for approximately 20 minutes, or until hot bubbly and golden brown on top.

Maryland Crab Soup:
Thaw in refrigerator overnight.
Microwave - Place soup in microwave cookware and microwave for 15 minutes on high, stirring every 5 minutes until product comes to a boil.
Range Top - Place soup in sauce pan and heat on top of range at medium heat, stirring until product comes to a boil.
Ingredients

Crab Cakes: Jumbo lump crab meat, back fin crab meat, no salt soda cracker crumbs, mayonnaise, margarine, no salt Worcestershire sauce, water, mustard, seasonings, baking powder.

Imperial Shrimp: Jumbo gulf shrimp, jumbo lump crab meat, fresh bread cubes, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, spices, hot sauce, red pepper.

Crab Imperial: Mushroom caps, back fin crab meat, fresh bread cubes, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, baking powder, mustard, spices, red pepper.

Maryland Crab Soup: Tomatoes, jumbo lump crab meat, water, beef stock, carrots, potatoes, celery, peas, zucchini, green beans, cabbage, spices, spinach, vegetable oil, wheat flour, paprika.
