From Frozen: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place quiche on a well greased baking sheet and place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.
From Thawed: Thaw under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place quiche on well greased baking sheet and place in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes.
