Preparation
Deep fry: Heat oil to 350°F and place belly side down. Turn once during cooking. Turn halfway through cooking time. If thawed, cook 3-4 minutes. If frozen, cook 7-8 minutes.

Pan fry: Cook in 1/8"- 1/4" oil in pan. Heat pan to medium-low temperature. Turn halfway through cooking time. If thawed, cook 7-8. If frozen, cook 8-10 minutes.

Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray or coat pan with oil and place on middle oven rack. Turn halfway through cooking time. 14-15 minutes from frozen, baking from thawed is not recommended.
