Surf: Drop thaw Lobster tails into boiling water with 1 tsp. of salt for each quart of waters used. When water reboils lower heat set timer for 3-1/2 minutes. The color of lobster tails turns to a bright reddish/orange this is a sign that the lobster is done. Broil 4 inches from heat for 2-5 minutes depending on size. Turn brush with melted butter and boil for another 3 minutes. The same method can be used for outdoor grilling. Cooking times may vary based on the size of the lobster tails. Turf: In a skillet add a little olive oil over a medium heat and season Filet Mignon with a little salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes per side for rare, 6 minutes per side for a medium and 8 minutes per side for well-done. Grill - pat Filet Mignon dry and season with salt and pepper. Place on hot oiled grill and grill about 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
