Dim Sum, which means "to touch your heart", is a tradition dating back centuries. We honor this custom with a collection of three appetizing standards: 12 each of Barbeque Pork Beggar's Bags, Chicken and Vegetable Pot Stickers, and Pork and Shrimp Shumai. Featuring the finest exotic ingredients and expertly handmade, these will be the start of a new tradition. Three dozen total.

Cook from frozen.
Chicken Potstickers: Warm 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Add 4-6 potstickers seam side up; sauté until browned and release easily from pan about 3-4 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water reduce heat and cover pan. Cook until heated thru, 4-5 minutes more. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Pork Beggars Bags & Shrimp Shu Mei: In a saucepan with a steamer tray, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Place 4-6 pieces on the steamer tray, cover pan. Rice cooker: just follow manufacturer's instructions. Or microwave 4-6 pieces for 2 minutes.


Chicken Potstickers: Filling: Chicken Thigh, Onion, Corn, Onion, Water, Scallion, Lemongrass, Canola Oil, Fish Sauce (Anchovy Extract, Water, Salt, Fructose, and Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein), Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Black Pepper, and Chili Pepper. Dough: Wheat Flour, Water, Wheat Gluten, Salt, Corn Starch.

Pork Beggers Bags: Dough: Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Vegetable Shortening (Palm Oil), Canola/Soybean Oil, Baking Powder, Yeast, and Salt. Filling: Pork fillet, Chinese Cooking Wine (Water, Alcohol and Salt), Sugar, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt and Wheat Flour), Hoisin Sauce (Sugar, Vinegar, Soybean, Water, Salt, Wheat Flour, Garlic, Sesame Seed, Chili, Spices and Artificial Color), Brown-bean Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Wheat Flour, Sugar, Sesame Oil and Spices), Canola/Spybean Oil, Modified Starch, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Shallots, Black Pepper.

Pork & Shrimp Shu Mei: Pork, Shrimp (Shrimp, Water, Salt, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Sulfites, Sodium Tripolyphosphate), Pork Fat, Sugar, Sesame Oil, Canola Oil, Canola Oil, Corn Starch, Chicken Base Flavor (Dextrose, Salt, Chicken Flavor (Yeast Extract, Dried Soy Sauce (100% from Soybean), Flavoring, Salt, Soybean Oil), Rendered Chicken Fat, Soybean Oil, Potato Starch, Onion Powder, Sweet Whey (Milk), Disodium Inosinate and Disodium Guanylate, Oleoresin Celery, Oleoresin Turmeric), Salt, White Pepper. Dough: Wheat Flour, Water, Wheat Gluten, Corn Starch, Salt, FD&C Yellow #5.
