These bite-sized treats feature chorizo and bacon, a combination that is simply irresistible. The dates, stuffed with moderately spicy chorizo and wrapped in bacon, are a symphony of flavors that has to be tried to be believed. Sophisticated enough for a cocktail party, but homey enough to munch on while watching the big game. Each order contains 18 stuffed dates, enough for up to 10 as an appetizer.

Preparation: For best results cook from a frozen state. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from plastic trays & place on a baking sheet ½” apart. Depending on the number and pieces cooking time may vary. Approximate cooking time is 12-16 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Do not microwave.
