Favorite Crab Appetizers Sampler



Luscious crab stars in each of these delectable appetizers for a collection that is sure to please and make entertaining effortless. Our creamy Crab Dip is bursting with the sweetness of crab meat, mixed with cream cheese, sharp Cheddar cheese, and a unique blend of Chesapeake Bay seasonings. Just add crackers or crusty bread for a perennial crowd pleaser. Almost every serious cook in Maryland has their own recipe for Maryland Crab Soup, but we think this beats them all. It's the traditional version, featuring a generous amount of flavorful claw crab meat, and vegetables in a tomato broth with a kick of our special blend of Bay seasonings. Our Crab Quesadillas are an authentic Mexican gourmet treat. They feature Monterrey Jack cheese paired with lump crab meat and fresh pico de Gallo. These unique dishes are ones we would proudly serve to our own families. Our Favorite Crab Appetizers Sampler is enough to serve 8 to 10 lucky guests.

Crab Dip, 1 pound
Maryland Crab Soup, 1 quart
Crab Quesadillas, Eight 6" quesadillas

Crab Dip: Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from plastic container and place in oven ready dish. Preheat oven to 325°F. Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Maryland Crab Soup: Cook Product from a thawed state. When thawing, please do so under refrigeration. Stove Top: Pour thawed soup into a small pot and simmer over medium heat until your desired temperature is reached.
Microwave: Pour thawed soup into a microwavable bowl and heat at 1 minute intervals until desired temperature is reached.

Crab Quesadillas: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Stove Top: Remove quesadilla from tray. Over medium heat, with just enough oil to cover the bottom of the saute pan, saute approximately 4-6 minutes on each side till golden brown. Conventional Oven: Bake at 400°F, brushed with oil on a non stick pan and bake 10 minutes, flip over and cook an additional 8-10 minutes till golden brown.

Maryland Crab Soup: Water, Tomatoes (tomato concentrate [water, tomato paste], salt, citric acid [naturally derived], basil leaf), Pasteurized Blue Crab (lump and claw), Potato, Green Beans, Yellow Sweet Corn, Carrots, Peas, Onions, Lima Beans, Celery, Crab Base (crab meat, salt, maltodextrin [corn], sugar, potato flour, yeast extract, onion powder, garlic powder, crab extract, spices), Tomato Paste (tomatos), Canola Oil (non gmo expeller pressed canola oil), Jalapeno Peppers, Waxy Rice Starch, Chesapeake Bay Seafood Seasoning (salt, pepper, mustard, paprika, celery seed, cayenne, and other spices), Garlic, Salt, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper.
