Preparation
Remove all packaging before cooking. Calamari should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F. Bake From Frozen: Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray baking sheet with vegetable oil. Bake for 6 minutes, flip, and bake an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown
