Shrimp & Grits Cups: Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove plastic wrap and remove from tray. Place on cooking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Salmon Florentine Bites: Cook product from frozen. Remove plastic film from tray. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook tray for 18-20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Lobster Mac & Cheese Bites: From frozen, place on well greased baking sheet and place in a pre-heated oven of 350°F for 15-18 minutes.
Bacon-Wrapped Scallops: Uncooked seafood for safety must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F measured by thermometer. For best results cook from a frozen state. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove from plastic trays and place on a baking pan 1/2" apart. Rotate if necessary. Depending on the number of pieces cooking time may vary. Approximate cooking time for a conventional oven is 12-16 minutes. Do not microwave.
